CLINTON — Marvin H. Suehl, of Clinton, died Saturday, April 26, 2008, at his home. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at Saint Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Elizabeth Liggett officiating. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ed Weets, Bob Holesinger, Tom Kelly, Gary Mulholland, Rick Bull and Billy Rogis. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to the service time at the church. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Marvin H. Suehl was born in Clinton, Iowa, the son of John and Magdalene (Olsen) Suehl. He was a graduate of Lyons High School. He farmed his entire life on the family farm in rural Clinton. He was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church, a member of Western Star Lodge 100 A.F. and A.M. where he was past master and a member of the Clinton Radio Club. He is survived by one brother, Warren Suehl of Clinton; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Helmut. Memorials can be made to the Saint Paul Lutheran Church.
