John Peter Glesener, 85, of DeWitt, died Thursday at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport. A private family memorial service will be held Wednesday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Cremation rites will be accorded following the memorial service. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
