Elinor M. Cheney, 93, of Bellevue, died Saturday at the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Kingery-Lemke Funeral Home in Bellevue. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
