Manly “Doc” Michaelson, MD, 77, of Bellevue, died Wednesday in Dubuque at Heritage Manor.Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in St. Donatus. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Hoffmann-Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road, Dubuque, and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the church.
