Laura S. Tebbe, 90, of Bellevue, died Tuesday at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bellevue. Burial will be in Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in Springbrook. Visitation will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Kingery-Lemke Funeral Home in Bellevue and again Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the procession to the church.
