The Clinton Herald Thursday March 6, 1980 p. 16 Washington, D.C. Stanley B. Harding, grandson of Sarah Harding after whom the Sarah Harding Home is named, died. Mr. Harding was the son of Lee Harding, benefactor for the Sarah Harding Home. Funeral arrangements are pending at Snell-Zorning Funeral Home in Clinton.
The Clinton Herald Friday March 7, 1980 p. 12 Washington, D.C. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Snell-Zorning Funeral Home for Stanley B. Harding, 65, grandson of Sarah Harding and formerly of Clinton, who died Tuesday in Washington, D.C. The Rev. William King, chaplain at Sarah Harding Home, will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Mr. Harding was born Dec. 15, 1915,in Clinton, to Lee and Mary Clark Harding. He had been a resident of Washington for 40 years. Survivors include a cousin, Mrs. Robert Hefti, Annandale, Va.
