Laura M. Ruggeberg, 80, of Bettendorf, died Saturday at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, in Rock Island, Ill. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service time Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lost Nation Cemetery.
