The Clinton Herald Friday August 14, 1970 p. 12 Harry E. Otto, 47, of Dubuque, formerly of Clinton, died on arrival at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque at 2 a.m. today. A medical examiner said that death was due to natural causes. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Snell-Smith funeral home with the Rev. Theodore Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday. Mr. Otto was born March 23, 1923, in Clinton county, the son of Harry and Agnes Boyert Otto. He married Jacqueline Brewster Rucher, Jan. 8, 1963 in Clinton. Survivors include his widow; three sons, George M., Harry L and Larry G. all at home; two daughters, Linda J. and Sheryl L. both at home; two brothers, Robert Otto of Cedar Rapids and Vernon Otto of Ruskin, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
