Retta A. Speers, 35, of Maquoketa, died Monday at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa.A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa with the Rev. Ruth Ann Scott officiating. Visitation will be from noon until the service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded.
