CLINTON — Jacob Phillip Sagers, infant son of Jolene Prohaska and James Sagers both of Clinton, died on Thursday at Mercy Medical Center, North Campus. Private family services will be held after cremation. Surviving are his parents, Jolene and James; a sister, Jayden; a brother, Zandor; and grandparents, David and Bonnie Sagers of Clinton. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lexxi Lynn Prohaska, and great-grandparents, Maxine and Lester Fairbanks. Lemke Funeral Home, Lyons Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.Death date: Dec. 27, 2007
