The Clinton Herald Monday May 8, 1950 p. 10 Mrs. Oliver W. Herrity, 433 Eleventh avenue, South, died about 10:15 a.m. today in her home. She had been in failing health for several years. The body is in the Snell funeral home where friends may call after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Mrs. Herrity was born Anna Josephine Zerrien July 6, 1891, in Clinton, the daughter of Theodore and Mary Herrity. She attended the public schools. She was a member of Zion Lutheran church and a teacher in the Sunday school there before her illness. She married Oliver Herrity April 24, 1913, in Clinton. Surviving are her mother, Clinton; her husband; a son, Charles, Clinton; two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Annabelle) Gundelfinger, and Mrs. Paul (Virginia) Stanford, Clinton; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Julia) Mohr and Mrs. Earl (Alma) Nyquist, Clinton; two brothers, Andrew and Theodore, Clinton, and seven grandchildren. Her father and a brother preceded her in death.
