The Clinton Herald Monday May 22, 1961 p. 11 Mrs. William Holm, 72, of 2328 N. 5th St., died Sunday night in Mercy Hospital following a lingering illness. The body is at the Pape funeral home where friends may call after 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. M.S. Bredow of Zion Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Leona Petersen was born Oct. 3, 1888 in Teeds Grove, the daughter of Peter A. and Christina Boken Petersen. She was married Oct. 14, 1914 to William Holm of Teeds Grove. Survivors include her husband; one brother, Peter H.B. Petersen of Teeds Grove, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
