Word reached here last week that Martin Irons well known to many readers of the Sentinel and years ago a resident of Welton, died of typhoid fever while engaged in government experimental work in Porto Rico. The remains will be brought to Ohio for burial. His sister, Leola, of Mt. Vernon will go to New York to meet the body.
