Arlene E. Fultner Arlene E. Fultner, 73, of Maquoketa, died Friday at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. A celebration of her life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Andrew Cemetery.
