BETTENDORF — Judy L. Palmer, 60, of Bettendorf, passed away Monday, December 10, 2007 at home. Cremation rites will be accorded with no services. The Runge Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family. Judy was born November 15, 1947, in Biloxi, Miss., the daughter of Donald and Johnnie (Miles) Huebner. She was united in marriage to Gerald Palmer on March 23, 1972, in Fulton, Ill.Those left to honor her memory include her loving husband, Gerald, Bettendorf; children, Karen (Darell) Kendrick of Davenport, Carl (Kelly) Carnes, Jr. of Clinton, Doug (April) Palmer of Taylor Ridge, Ill.; grandchildren, Sam Carnes, Chelsey Carnes, Scott Palmer, and Tyler Palmer.She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Kathy Everhart and Jeannie Wilson.
