The Clinton Herald Saturday January 17, 1925 p. 8 Mrs. Claus W. Greve, 130 South Fourth street, passed away at her home Friday afternoon at 2:55 o'clock. Her death followed a lingering illness. Deceased was born in Theilen, Schleswig Holsten, Germany, May 6, 1861, and was 63 years 8months and 10 days of age. She came to America at the age of 25. Of her immediate family she is survived by her husband and two sons, John and Claus Greve; two sisters, Mrs. John Lehne and Mrs. Anna Hein. One brother preceded her in death several years ago. She also leaves three sisters and four brothers in Germany. Funeral services will be held at the family home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. A.H. Hein of the Evangelical Zion Lutheran church will officiate. Interment will be in the Dierks cemetery.
