Obituary notes-

BROTHER DANIEL JOHNS was drowned in the Mississippi at Comanche, July 13, 1872. He was a student in the Chicago University and in the Theological Seminary, and was supplying the church at Comanche. They deeply felt his loss. A native of Wales, he commenced preaching in that country, but coming to this country he entered the institutions above named, and was near completing his course.
