CLINTON — Ada Emily Buelow, 89, of Clinton, IA, died Monday, November 19, 2007, at Mercy Medical Center - North Campus in Clinton, IA. Services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2007, at Zion Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 21, 2007, from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandchildren: Michael Buelow, William Buelow, Daniel Buelow, Scott Buelow and Jeffry Huelse. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ada was born May 10, 1918, the daughter of Frank and Gertrude (Kehoe) Hackett. She was a Clinton High School graduate. She married Walter H. Buelow August 17, 1935, in Morrison, Illinois; he died June 21, 2003. Ada was a homemaker and had been employed as bookkeeper for the family business, Buelow’s TV Service. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Fulton Country Club. She enjoyed golf, family and was an avid reader. Survivors include her sons, Ronald (Mary Ann) Buelow of Saint Paul, MN, and Donald (Arline) Buelow of Salt Lake City, UT; daughter, Nancy (Ronald) Huelse of Knoxville, IA; nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence Hackett of Clinton, IA, and Robert (Julanne) Hackett of Clinton, IA. In addition to her husband, her parents, 3 sisters and a brother preceded her in death. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church. Death date: Nov. 19, 2007
