The Clinton Herald Monday January 26, 1953 p. 9 Mrs. Thomas Herrity, 80, died early today in her home at 434 12th Ave. s., after a short illness. Friends may call at the Dalton funeral home. Services are tentatively set for 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's church, with burial in St. Mary's cemetery. Mrs. Herrity was the former Emma E. Pearson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pearson, born Nov. 23, 1872, at Low Mor. She was married to Thomas Herrity, who died Dec. 28, 1948. A resident of Clinton for 51 years, she was a member of St. Mary's parish. Surviving are a daughter, Lulu, two sons, Oliver and Robert, all of Clinton, five grandchildren and 14 grandchildren. One son preceded her in death.

The Clinton Herald Tuesday January 27, 1953 p. 9 Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas Herrity will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's church, with burial in St. Mary's cemetery. Friends may call at the Dalton funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tonight.

The Clinton Herald Wednesday January 28, 1953 p. 10 Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas Herrity, 80, 434 12th Ave. S., who died Monday were held at 9 a.m. today in St. Mary's church, preceded by a prayer service in the Dalton funeral home. Rev. Francis Bass was celebrant of the requiem high mass for which the high school choir sand. Nancy McCarthy was organist. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery with Rev. Vincent Morrissey offication at the grave. Pallbearers were Jack Burke, Francis Burkinshaw, Frank Farrell, August Grieff, John Herrity and Henry Sweet.
