THOMAS NABB

Thomas Lee Nabb, 55, of Sarasota, Florida, and formerly of Delmar, died of a massive heart attack on the afternoon of Oct. 12, 2007 at the Venice Regional Medical Center in Venice, Florida.

Private family burial was held Saturday morning, November 10, 2007 at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Petersville with Rev. Daniel Brownfield presiding.

Mr. Nabb was born March 14, 1952, in Iowa City to Leon and Eleanor(Grandick)Nabb. He was educated in the country school in Petersville and St. Joseph's Catholic School in Sugar Creek and graduated from Northeast High School in Goose Lake. He went on to study at Creighton University at Omaha, Nebraska.

In his early working years he worked at the Clinton County Care Facility, Brandies Department Store and Davenport Bank and Trust. He the moved to Florida, where he worked in the financial department at Home Depot. Mr. Nabb was a hard worker and enjoyed music, movies and county fairs.

Survivors include his mother of Maquoketa and two sisters, Marilyn Spidle of Delmar and Janice(Mrs. Francis)Lindemann of Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Judith, in infancy. Conolences may be expressed at www.schultzfuneralhomes.com. Schultz Funeral Service of DeWitt is assisting the family.
