SERVICES: 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Chaplin Ray Hilgendorf, of Mercy Medical Center–Clinton, officiating.

SAVANNA, Ill. — Betty Eleanor Miller, 76, formerly of Savanna and Argo Fay, Ill., died Sunday at Wyndcrest Nursing Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll, Ill.

She was born May 30, 1931, in Savanna to George and Viola Ewalt Yenney in Savanna. She married John Edwards on July 5, 1949. She later married Milton Miller on Jan. 1, 1977, at Hope Methodist Church, Chadwick, Ill. She worked for 24 years at Atwoods Manufacturing in Mount Carroll, before retiring in 1991.

Survivors include three daughters, Cathy (Lee) Siedenburg of Clinton, Teresa Benischek of Durant and Lisa (Pete) Robinson of Savanna; and one son, Lonnie (Marsha) Edwards of Heron Lake, Minn.; and two stepsons, Skippy (Diane) Miller of Chadwick and Gary Miller of Savanna; and one stepdaughter, JoAnne Thornberry of Savanna; 25 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
