The Clinton Herald Tuesday February 4, 1936 p. 5A Funeral services for Levi H. Judd, 119 Second avenue South, who died Monday morning in an Iowa City hospital, will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon in the Rockwell funeral home. The Rev. Thomas Horton of St. John's Episcopal church will officiate. Services will be in charge of the V.F.W. and firing squad, and United Spanish war veterans will act as pallbearers. Burial will be in Springdale cemetery. Friends may call at the Rockwell funeral home where the body reposes. Levi H. Judd was bron in Whitehall, N.Y., in 1874, coming to Clinton when a small boy. He was associated with the former E.N. Woodbury Plumbing company over 35 years. He was a thirty-second degree Mason, a member of the V.F.W. and the United Spanish war veterans. In 1906 he was united in marriage to Miss Alma Hill, and to this union was born one daughter. Of his immediate family he is survived by his wife and one daughter, Hazel, his father, E.R. Judd, Sr.; one brother, E.R. Judd, Jr., and the following sisters, Mrs. H.F. Jepsen, Mrs. Charles Buckman, of Clinton, Mrs. Sam Handy, Chicago and Mrs. Smart, Vancouver, B.C. and several nieces and nephews.
