Jones, Judy Rae

Judy Rae Jones, 66, passed away September 28, 2007 in Des Moines, Iowa.

A private prayer vigil was held at Eagle Point Park.

Judy was born June 18, 1941 in Clinton, Iowa to Elmer W. and Florence K. (Schroeder) Schmidt. She attended Clinton Schools. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Cindy (Tim) Foshe of Tok, Alaska, Three grandchildren, Tabatha, Katrina and Sarah and 5 great-grandchildren, all of Tok, Alaska. Judy is also survived by a brother Gary (Dian) Schmidt of Morrison, Ill, three sisters; Deanna (Lloyd) Wagoner of Clinton, Vicky (David) Lynch of Phoenix, AZ, and Kathy (Marv) Brown of Grapevine, TX; one uncle, many cousins, many nieces and nephews, and longtime friend and companion Bub Pratt.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Al Jones, her parents, grandparents and one nephew.

Hamilton Funeral Home of Des Moines was in charge of arrangements.
