Corrie, F. Charles (Charlie)

F. Charles (Charlie) Corrie, after having his 98th birthday in August, passed away to be with his Lord September 20, 2007.

Charlie had been a Vocational Agricultural teacher in West Virginia during W.W.II. Before retiring in 1974, Charlie was the Youth Director of the Clinton, IA, YMCA for 22 years. He and wife, Carol loved being Prison Fellowship Volunteers, Canon City, CO.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol; daughters, Mary Edens and Carol Olson; grandson, John; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Jamie, and Christian. He was beloved by his stepchildren, Robert (Kay), Kathy (Bobby), and Nancy; grandchildren, Rob, Justin, Marci, Brandon, Trevor, Erin and great-grandbaby, Aubrey.

If you desire in lieu of flowers to make a donation, family suggests the YMCA.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Pantano Christian Church, 10355 E. 29th Street/Houghton, Tucson, AZ.
