The Clinton Herald Friday August 30, 1918 p. 6 Death, following a stroke of paralysis, came at 1:40 o'clock Thursday afternoon to Mrs. L.D. Judd, at her home in Oaklawn addition. Mrs. Judd, was Lucy Kilburn, born July 13th, 1856 at Salem, N.Y. She had lived in Clinton many years. She leaves to mourn her death her husband, five sons, three sisters and four brothers. The sons are Bert of Spooner, Wis., Fred and L.D. jr., of Clinton, Edward of Davenport, Jesse Judd with the U.S. army France. The brothers and sisters are James, Nathan, John, George Kilburn, all of Whitehall, N.Y. Mrs. George McGee of Clinton, Rose and Anna Kilburn of Whitehall, N.Y. Funeral services will be held at the late residence Sunday at 3 o'clock. Rev. G.R. Cady will officiate and burial will be made in Springdale cemetery.
