Puckett, 38, of Fulton, died Monday at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Interment will be in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Fulton.He was born Oct. 9, 1968, in Paducah, Ky., to Troy L. and Judith M. Helm Puckett. He married Tobie R. McQuistion on Dec. 16, 1993, in Las Vegas. He was educated in Clinton schools and graduated from Clinton High School in 1987. He was employed with Midwest Wood, Savanna, Ill.He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Clinton. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Shelby and Macy Puckett, both at home; one son, Collin Puckett at home; parents, Troy and Judy Puckett of Savanna; and grandmother, Novell Puckett of Lowes, Ky.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
