OBITUARY: Mrs. Mathilda H. (Tillie) Fellows, 87, 403 Main Ave., died Wednesday evening at Mercy hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Shadduck, funeral home where friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday. Rev. Donald Forbes, pastor of Lyons Methodist church, will officiate and Mrs. W. G. Bockel will be organist.
Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul H. Spangler, Robert W. Kratz, Wilbur C. Finch, Clifford D. Lake, Merrill DePue and Celestine Berding.
Mrs. Fellows was born May 18, 1878, in Clinton County, the daughter of Benjamin and Emma Cook DePue. She attended Clinton County elementary schools. She was married to Burt Lynn Dickey April 30, 1902, and he died in 1920. She was married to Willard E. Fellows June 12, 1926, and died in 1959. A life resident of Clinton, she was a member of Order of Eastern Star and Lyons Methodist church.
Surviving are one son W. Brad Fellows of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one daughter Thelma Tucking of Coral Gables, Fla.; three grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Elsie Finch of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents and three brothers preceded her in death.
