Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Pape Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the service time Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church in Clinton.SERVICES: 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Wayne Brinkmann officiating.CLINTON — Harriet Frazier, 80, of Davenport and formerly of Clinton, died Friday at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.Pallbearers will be family and friends of Harriet. She was born May 15, 1927, in Charlotte to Harry and Malinda Grill Meyer. She married Donald H. Frazier on Aug. 20, 1950, in Clinton. He died in 2001. She graduated from Lyons High School in 1945. She worked as a cook at Elijah Buell Elementary School for many years where she was past president of the PTA. She retired in 1984. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church where she was active with the Ladies Aid. She also was active with the Girls Scouts.Survivors include two daughters, Janice (Robert) Coon of Barstow, Ill., and Sandra (Scott) Sievert of Davenport; one son, David (Brenda) Frazier of Ohio, Ill.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Gloria (Charles) Bender of Davenport and Karen Reed of Clinton; and one brother, Don Meyer of Lombard, Ill. Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one grandchild and three brothers.Death date: Sept. 7, 2007
