The Clinton Herald Monday August 27, 1973 p. 10 Mrs. Nora Daley, 90, formerly of 827 10th Ave. S., died Saturday morning at the Alverno. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Church with the Rev. Edward Leahy officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be nephews. She was born the daughter of Thomas and Mary Hines Behan Aug. 2, 1883 in Clinton and married Daniel J. Daley Nov. 24, 1914 in Clinton. Mr. Daley, former street commissioner in Clinton, died in January 1955. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, St. Mary's Parish Altar and Rosary Society and a graduate of St. Mary's High School. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Daley was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
