The Clinton Herald, Wednesday April 4, 1934, p. 8. DeWitt - Mrs. William Tumpane died at 9:30 o'clock this morning in her home on South Sixth avenue. No funeral arrangements have been made. Mary Glynn was born 88 years ago in County Galway, Ireland. She came to America when she was five years old with her parents. Her husband preceded her in death in 1928. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Peter Troy and Mame Tumpane, both of this city. Two daughters and a son preceded her in death.
