The Clinton Herald Monday May 28, 1984 p. 12 Mrs. Leo (Margaret) Farber, 70, of 701 5th St., DeWitt, died Sunday in Mercy Hospital, Davenport. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, DeWitt, with the Rev. Anthony Conrad officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hanrahan Funeral Home, DeWitt. Parish rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Mrs. Farber was born Aug. 6, 1904, to Edward and Margaret Cleary Welch in Petersville. She married Leo Farber Sept. 17, 1939, in Petersville. She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Martha Welch of DeWitt and Mrs. Loretta McGuire of The Alverno Nursing home, Clinton. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
