Visitation: Noon until the time of the service Wednesday at Lemke Funeral Homes, Lyons Chapel, 2304 N. Second St., Clinton. Pastor Herb Shafer will be officiating.

SERVICES: 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

FULTON, Ill. — Donna M. Colschen, 79, of Fulton, died Monday at Harbor Crest Nursing Home.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

She was born Dec. 12, 1927, in Cherokee to Garness and Ruby Eleanor Braley Mundy. She married Fritz Colschen on July 22, 1948, in Clinton.

She was a 1946 graduate of Cherokee High School. She also attended Iowa State Teachers College for one year.

When she first moved to Clinton, she was employed with Pillsbury Mills for 15 years as a receptionist. She also was employed with Bluff Medical for 10 years. She then took over Gateway Supply in 1987 and worked there until her retirement.

She was a 56-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star 65 and was worthy matron in 1971. She also was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Tom (Dorcas) Colschen of Clinton; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Ivan (Jean) Mundy of Apache Junction, Ariz.; and one sister, Dorothy Kiser of Lady Lake, Fla.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made Harbor Crest Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
