CHANDLER, Ariz. — Gerald Richard Rannfeldt, 76, of Chandler and formerly of Clinton, died Wednesday at Mesa General Hospital.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Home-Lyons Chapel is handling the arrangements.
He was born March 28, 1930, in Bryant to Adolph and Lillian Christiansen Rannfeldt. He married Betty Langrehr on July 26, 1952, in Clinton.
He attended Clinton schools.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from August 1954 to February 1956. He worked for Dupont in the management department until his retirement.
Survivors include three daughters, Pam (Bob) Smith of Camanche, Arlene Rannfeldt of Clinton, and Deb (Don) Alyea of Mesa, Ariz.; one son, Rick (Elizabeth) Rannfeldt of Clinton; four grandchildren; three sisters, Arlene Nelson of Great Falls, Mont., Jeanette Keist and Lucille Peterson of Thomson, Ill.; and a brother, Richard Hendricks of Beebe, Ark.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and two sisters.
Memorials can be made to the Shriner’s Group.
