PEORIA, Ill. — Katharine Reuling Weih, 82, of Peoria, died Wednesday at Proctor Hospital.
She was born Dec. 13, 1924, in Peoria to C.W. and Katherine Eisner Reuling. She married E. Paul Weih on June 3, 1950, in Peoria.
Survivors include one daughter, Katherine E. Weih of Peoria; and one son, Paul L. Weih of Peoria; and three brothers, Richard K. Reuling of Arizona, Peter B. Reuling of New Mexico and William C. Reuling of Utah.
She attended Smith College and the University of Illinois where she graduated with an English degree.
She also belonged to the Theta Sorority at the University of Illinois. She also was active in the Junior League, Peoria.
She was the woman’s page editor with the Peoria Journal Star.
