The Clinton Herald Thursday March 17, 1988 p. 14 Alma M. Bickelhaupt, 96, of 845 5th Ave. S., died Wednesday in her home. A private funeral for the immediate family will be held with the Rev. John Heschle, St. Ann's Episcopal Church, officiating. There will be no visitation. Entombment will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Schmitz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Bickelhaupt was born Sept. 18, 1891, in Chadwick, to Fran and Ida Shore Zinnel. She married Grover E. Bickelhaupt, Oct. 2, 1911, in Savanna. He died in 1962. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Chapter HV, P.E.O.; Order of Eastern Star and Agatha Auxiliary of Jane Lamb Health Center. Survivors include a son, Robert, and a daughter-in-law, Frances, of Clinton; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
