SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Helen Marie Rohr, 92, of Sioux Falls and formerly of Clinton, died Tuesday at Avera Prince of Peace Retirement Center, Sioux Falls.
Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mark and Shawn Petersen, Bob Unruh, Donald Stolk, Jerry Ramig, Art Farwell and Kevin Krogman.
She was born Sept. 13, 1914, in Clinton County to Max and Ella Stolk Gielow. She married Carl J. Rohr on June 1, 1935, in Clinton. He died in 1959.
She was a homemaker and also worked with the Clinton Garment Co., Clinton.
She was a member of the Lyons United Methodist Church and the Women’s Church Circle.
Survivors include one daughter, Janet (Francis) Kroon of Sioux Falls; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one aunt, Viola Stolk of Clinton; one sister-in-law, Genevieve Gielow of Camanche; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
