HANOVER, Ill. — John E. “Pete” Dunham, 58, of Hanover, died Sunday at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
He was born April 20, 1948, in Savanna, Ill., to Harold and Juanita Hume Dunham. He married Christine Monroe on June 29, 1969, at Hanover United Methodist Church.
He graduated from Hanover High School in 1966. He later attended Barber College, Rockford, Ill.
He worked with Eaton Corp. and then for Invensys, Hanover, as a supervisor for more than 30 years.
Survivors include his mother, Juanita “Barney” (James) Riley of Hanover; two daughters, Jennifer Dunham of East Dubuque, Ill., and Lindsay Dunham of Hanover; two brothers, Michael (Sally) Dunham of Foley, Ala., and David Dunham of Hanover.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
