ERIE, Ill. — Keith E. Covell, 86, of Erie and formerly of Albany, Ill., died Tuesday at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Morrison, Ill.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Prophetstown, Ill.
He was born Jan. 1, 1920, to Glen C. and Esther Stenros Covell. He married Emma Leona Youells on Sept. 5, 1953, in Chicago. She died in 1989.
He farmed most of his life, working with poultry and keeping bees.
Survivors include special friends with whom he resided, Robert and Devera Wilbur, of Fulton, Ill., and their eight children; and a cousin, Helen Wooden, of Illinois.
Memorials can be made to River of Life Community Church, Albany.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and two brothers.
