MAQUOKETA — William L. “Bill” Felderman, 71, of Maquoketa, died Monday at his home.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa.
He was born May 16, 1935, in rural Bellevue to Perley and Mildred Keeney Felderman. He married Lola L. Durkop on April 12, 1958, in Maquoketa. She died in 1999.
He was a 1953 graduate of Andrew High School.
He owned and operated stockyards in LaMotte for almost 20 years. He then worked as a Ford car salesman for more than 30 years and drove a school bus part time with the Andrew School District. Upon retirement, he owned and operated Felderman Repair Shop.
Survivors include his children, Lonnie (Connie) Felderman of Robins, Dodi (Terry) Hasenbank of Bellevue, Teri (Terry) Renner of Bellevue and Tonya Felderman of Cedar Rapids; one brother, Allen (Shirley) Felderman of Spragueville; one sister, Gloria Sagers of Bellevue; and seven grandchildren.
A William L. “Bill” Felderman Memorial Fund has been established.
