Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory.

SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Evangelical Free Church with the Rev. Thomas Loyola officiating.

CLINTON — Barbara S. Rederer, 42, of Clinton, died Wednesday at her home.

Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.

The body will be cremated.

She was born on May 26, 1964, in Rock Island, Ill., to Robert and Elizabeth Schnurbusch Hunt. She married Michael Rederer on May 29, 1999, in Clinton.

She was a 1982 graduate of Alleman High School, Rock Island.

She was employed with Martin Abstract and Title Co., Rock Island. She later was employed as a secretary with H.C. Duke and Son Inc., East Moline, Ill. She recently was employed with Clinton Title and Abstract.

She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Megan Fecht, Amanda Fecht and Julia Rederer, all at home; her father and stepmother, Robert (Donna) Hunt of Port Byron, Ill., her mother, Elizabeth Hunt of Rock Island; two brothers, Brad (Robin) Hunt of Davenport and James (Joanne) Hunt of Lisle, Ill., her father- and mother-in-law, David and Dori Rederer of Clinton; one sister-in-law, Ann (Keith) Raab of Clinton; and five nieces and one nephew.

The family requests that memorials be made to a special fund for her daughters or Genesis Hospice.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one sister.

Death date: Oct. 18, 2006
