SERVICES: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Chancy Lutheran Church with the Rev. Fred Schauer officiating.
CLINTON — Bertha C. Nelson, 87, of Clinton, died Sunday at Wyndcrest Nursing Home, Clinton.
Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
She was born May 5, 1919, in Welton to John and Emma Ludwig Schultz. She married Albert Nelson on May 18, 1942. He died in November 1976.
She was a graduate of Welton High School.
She was a supervisor for Clinton Garment Co. for 42 years and worked for the Moose for several years.
She was a member of Chancy Lutheran Church and a 50-year member of the Women of the Moose.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Chancy Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four sisters, two brothers and one nephew.
