Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
SERVICES: 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel.
DAVENPORT — Herbert E. “Herb” Mattusch, 68, of Davenport, died Monday at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus.
Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 2, 1937, in Davenport to Herbert F. and Mary Ann Paustian Mattusch. He married Joyce Wittstruck on March 10, 1978, in Rock Island, Ill.
He was employed with Roemer Machine, Davenport, for 22 years prior to his retirement.
Survivors include his wife; mother, Mary Ann Mattusch; one daughter, Debra Johnson; three grandchildren; four stepdaughters; two stepsons; 14 stepgrandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy (Allan) Bearbower and Sandy (Carl) Albers.
Memorials may be made to the family.
He was preceded in death by his father and one stepson.
