Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna.
SERVICES: 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Jones of York Baptist Church in Thomson officiating.
SAVANNA, Ill. — Gordon S. “Mac” McFadden, 76, of Savanna, died Wednesday at his home.
Burial will be in Savanna Township Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 25, 1929, to Maurice and Elsie Schmidt McFadden in Savanna.
He attended Savanna schools.
He married Wilma Jean Hatfield on Oct. 8, 1949, in Savanna.
He worked with Interstate Power Co. for 42 years before retiring in 1991.
He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Savanna Moose Lodge 1095 and the American Association of Retired Personnel.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Wayne (Cynthia) McFadden of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Dennis (Barbara) McFadden and Kenneth McFadden, both of Savanna; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond (Lucille) McFadden of Lanark, Ill., and Gary (Patty) McFadden of LeClaire; four sisters, Betty (Mike) Rusynyk of Parma, Ohio, Marilyn (Hubert) Wise of Clinton, Sharon Welch of Elgin, Ill., and Maureen (Wayne) Ellinor of Lanark.
