CLINTON — Patricia M. Gorman, 69, of Clinton, died Sunday at her home.
She was born April 6, 1937, in Danville, Ill., to Paul and Frances Wallace Gorman.
She graduated from Springfield (Ill.) High School. She later graduated from Illinois State University and received a master’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
She was a science instructor at Clinton Community College for 36 years before retiring in 2001. She worked closely with the nursing program.
Survivors include her stepmother, Elizabeth Gorman of Conway, Ark.; two stepbrothers, Warren Oliver and the Rev. John Oliver; and her aunt, Catherine Wallace of Morton, Ill.
Memorials may be made to the Pat Gorman Scholarship Fund at Clinton Community College or to First Baptist Church, Moweaqua, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
