SERVICES: Private; 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton, with the Rev. Horst Hehr officiating. Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
CLINTON — Calvin H. Jeffers, 83, of Clinton, died Monday at Mercy North Hospital.
He was born Aug. 13, 1923, in Clinton to Andrew L. and Pearle Howard Jeffers. He was married to Daisy Christoff.
He was a heating and air-conditioning installer and serviceman in Clinton. He worked for many years with Ben Knutsen of Knutsen Heating.
Survivors include two daughters, Karolyn Jeffers and Barbara Jeffers, both of Clinton.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Clinton Humane Society.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers and four sisters.
