Mrs. Elsie C. Jensen, 75, 845 5th Ave S. died Sunday in Jane Lamb Hospital.

The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Harvey Grote and the Rev, Daniel Mohr officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the Snell-Smith Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.

Pallbearers, all nephews, will be Marvin Bahnsen, Harold Jurgensen, Marvin Jensen, Robert Hake, Fred Jensen, and Alan Petersen.

Mrs Jensen was born Aug 20, 1897, in Dewitt, the daughter of Andrew and Caroline Schroeder Petersen. She married Martin C. Jensen Feb. 21, 1917, in Clinton. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Woodmen of the World Group. She was a housekeeper for several years and for the past 16 years was employed for Mrs. G.E Bickelhaupt.

Survivors include three daughters. Mrs Ronald (Hazel) Luckritz of Clinton, Mrs. Earl (Florence) Newmarch of DeWitt, and Mrs William (Rosella) Schmidt of Bryant, three sons Carl and Andrew both of Clinton and William of Princeton; 25 grandchildren ; 11 great grandchildren ; one sister Mrs Caroline Jurgensen of Clinton; two brothers Emil of Clinton and Carl of Thomson and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband and three sisters.
