The Clinton Herald Thursday November 18, 1993 p. 11 The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Clinton Memorial Funeral Home for Stanley H. Dierks, 90, of 257 18th Place, Clinton, who died Tuesday in Samaritan North. The Rev. Dr. F.E. Schoenbohm, Lutheran pastor emeritus, will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Clinton Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be at Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff, Scott, Todd and Brent Dierks, Gary and Larry Luckritz, Jeff Anderson and Michael Kroll. Mr. Dierks was born May 31, 1903, in rural Lyons, to Herman and Meta Andersen Dierks. He married Dorothy Hansen, Oct. 26, 1927, in Clinton. He worked for as a foreman at Clinton Corn Processing in the Dextron Building for 42 years retiring in 1967. He was an avid sportsman which included hunting and fishing and enjoyed going to his cabin. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Robert, Herman and Stanley, all of Clinton; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Luckritz of Clinton, and Mrs. Merle (Gwen) Miller of Thompson; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a brother, Delbert Dierks of Clinton; and a sister, Mrs. F.E. McGovern of Ellenton, Fla. He was preceded in death by four brothers. Death date: Nov. 16, 1993.
