The Clinton Herald Friday April 10, 1964 p. 8 Edward S. Eggers, 48, of Route 3, Clinton, died suddenly in his home this morning. Funeral arrangements are pending in the Pape funeral home. Mr. Eggers was born July 7, 1915, in Andover, the son of Claus A. and Julia Svendsen Eggers. A graduate of Lyons High School, he was never married. He is survived by his parents two brothers, Harold of Houston, Tex. and Paul of Clinton; one sister, Miss Lydia Eggers of Clinton; one nephew, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by one sister.
