Services for Ruth W. Witt, 90 of Clinton, were Thursday, January 25 at Clinton Church of Christ. She died Friday, Jan. 19, 2001 at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus.
She was employed with Champion Packaging and had worked at Sarah Harding Home and Charlotte Care Center.
Ruth Foss was born June 15, 1910 and married John Witt in 1926. He died in 1955.
Survivors include daughters, Lola Johnson of Clinton, Zelda Lind of Camanche, Margaret Hazlett of Cordova, Illinois, Doris Baty of Brooks, Ga, Malinda Rasmussen of Clinton and Marlene Hagen of New Boston, Ill.; a son, Gary L. of Pensacola, Fla.; 39 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and sisters, Vera Jewell of Decorah, and Edith Page and Iola Fuller, both of Willets, Calif.
