Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday until the service begins at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue.

SERVICES: 11 a.m. Monday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue, with the Rev. Paul Gammelin officiating.

CRESTVIEW, Fla. — Kathleen Ouderkirk Camper, 60, of Crestview and formerly of Bellevue, died Friday at her home.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born Dec. 12, 1945, in Bellevue, to Lester and Louise Ehl Dieckman. She married Rodney Ouderkirk on Jan. 30, 1965. She then married Richard Camper Sr. on Sept. 1, 1989. They moved to Crestview in 1992.

She attended Bellevue Public School. She attended classes at Scott Community College where she acquired an associate’s degree in computer science. She attended A.I.C. Business School, Davenport.

She was employed with Aetna Insurance Co. Later she worked with Iowa and Illinois Gas and Electric Co. She then taught a computer class at Black Hawk College and was a partner in a small business, “Micro and Mini” Computer System.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and active in Sunday school, Junior Lutherans and Luther League. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Crestview.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Kenneth (Robin) Ouderkirk, Evan Ouderkirk and Thomas (Sally) Ouderkirk; two grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; her mother, Louise Dieckman of Bellevue; brothers, William (Natalie) Dieckman of Camanche and Steven (Carol) Saddoris of Alburnett; an aunt, Arlene Matje of Sabula; and several stepchildren, stepgrandchildren, nieces and a nephew.
